Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsAn entity is eligible to be registered as a community housing provider if the entity—
(a) is an incorporated body; and
(b) operates on a not-for-profit basis; and
(c) has a constitution an objective of which is to provide tenancy or asset management services for—
(i) affordable housing; or
(ii) community housing; and
(d) manages not less than 10 residential housing properties; and
(e) satisfies the standards under section 25I.
