HERITAGE ACT 2004 - SECT 45A
Consultation with scientific committee about cancellation proposal(1) This section applies if a cancellation proposal is made in relation to a place or object that forms part of the natural environment.
(2) In deciding whether the place or object should cease to be registered, the council must consult, and consider the views of, the scientific committee.
