Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may direct the council to give further consideration to issues raised in, or arising from, its report to the Minister under section 38.
(2) The Minister must give the direction to the council in writing within 15 working days after the day the report is given to the Minister.
