Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A notice under section 34 (Notice of decision about provisional registration) must include an invitation to make comments about the registration of the place or object to the council within 4 weeks after the day the notice is notified under the Legislation Act (the public consultation period ).
Note Section 117 deals with giving documents to the council.
(2) In deciding whether to register a place or object under this division, the council must consider any comments made to the council about the registration before the end of the public consultation period.
