Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The planning and land authority must give to each inspector an identity card that specifies the inspector's name and appointment as an inspector, and on which appears a recent photograph of the inspector.
(2) A person must, within 7 days after ceasing to be an inspector, return the identity card to the planning and land authority.
Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 1 penalty unit.
