Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The planning and land authority may publish a report about a serious gas accident in the interest of public safety.
(2) A person is not personally liable for an honest act or omission in relation to the exercise or purported exercise of a function under this section.
(3) Subsection (2) does not affect any liability
that the Territory would have, but for the operation of subsection (2), in
relation to the act or omission.
