GAS SAFETY ACT 2000 - SECT 18

Definitions for pt 4

    In this part:

"sell" includes—

        (a)     barter or exchange; and

        (b)     let on hire; and

        (c)     offer, expose or advertise for sale, barter, exchange or letting on hire.

"trader" means a person who sells appliances in the course of a trade or business.
