Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In addition to any other reports that the board is required to make under this Act or any other law, the board must give the Minister the reports the Minister requires.
(2) A report under this section must be prepared in the form, and be based on the accounting or other policies or practices, (if any) that the Minister requires.
