GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 56

In this part:

"disciplinary action"—see section 58.

"disciplinary notice"—see section 61.

"ground for disciplinary action" against a licensee—see section 57.

"licence"—

        (a)     in relation to a person who is authorised to conduct a
linked-jackpot arrangement under section 134, means the authorisation;

        (b)     in relation to a permit-holder under part 8 (Linked-jackpot arrangements), means a multi-user permit.

"licensee" includes a permit-holder under part 8.
