Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIt is a condition of a licence for a club that the club's annual report for a financial year of the club include information about the following for the financial year:
(a) any contractual arrangement or consultancy entered into during the year—
(i) with an influential person; or
(ii) for more than the amount prescribed under the regulations;
(b) any remuneration given to a person the value of which is equal to or more than the amount prescribed under the regulations.
Example for par (b)
A person may be remunerated by salary plus the use of a car.
