Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) It is a condition of a licence that the licensee not operate a gaming machine on the licensed premises if the percentage payout on a gaming machine on the licensed premises is not the percentage payout under the licence for the machine.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the operation of the gaming machine to correct the percentage payout.
