GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 37

    (1)     The commission must keep a register of licences.

    (2)     The commission must enter in the register details of the following:

        (a)     the issue, amendment or transfer of a licence;

        (b)     the suspension or cancellation of a licence;

        (c)     any other details prescribed under the regulations.
