Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not bring a court proceeding in relation to a section 9 authorisation unless the proceeding is brought within 21 days after the day the authorisation is notified under the Legislation Act.
(2) This section has effect despite any other Territory law, whether passed before or after the commencement of this Act.
