GAMBLING AND RACING CONTROL ACT 1999 - SECT 47

    (1)     The commission may, in writing, make rules for the procedure of the commission in an inquiry.

    (2)     A rule made under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
