GAMBLING AND RACING CONTROL ACT 1999 - SECT 40

Starting an inquiry

    (1)     The commission must inquire into any matter referred to it by the Minister or under a gaming law.

    (2)     The commission may inquire into any other matter as it considers appropriate.
