Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For the administration or enforcement of a gaming law, the commission may, in writing, require a stated class of people to keep records of the kind, and in the way, stated in the instrument.
(2) A person to whom a requirement under subsection (1) applies must comply with the requirement.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3) An instrument under this section is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
