GUARDIANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY ACT 1991 - SECT 72B
Authority for medical or other examinations(1) The ACAT may, for a hearing, authorise a medical or other examination of the person who is the subject of the hearing.
(2) The authority has effect as a valid consent for anything done during the examination.
