GUARDIANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY ACT 1991 - SECT 24

    (1)     A manager must not invest amounts held in the capacity as manager except—

        (a)     in investments in which trust money may, in accordance with the Trustee Act 1925

, be invested; or

        (b)     as the ACAT, by order, allows.

    (2)     Subsection (1) has effect despite the Public Trustee and Guardian Act 1985
