GUARDIANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY ACT 1991 - SECT 17

    (1)     This section applies to an order that affects a person—

        (a)     who has a guardian; or

        (b)     for whom a manager is appointed.

    (2)     The ACAT must not give a direction that is inconsistent with the order.
