Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner may delegate the commissioner's functions under the consumer and trader legislation or another territory law to a public servant.

(2) In this section:
"consumer and trader legislation" means the following:
(a) the consumer credit legislation;
(b) the fair trading legislation;
(c) the Liquor Act 1975 ;
(d) the Pawnbrokers Act 1902 ;
(e) the Second-hand Dealers Act 1906 ;
(f) the trade measurement legislation.
