Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a member of an advisory committee is not entitled to be paid in respect of duties or functions exercised in connection with the work of the committee.
(2) A member may apply to the commissioner for
reimbursement of any expenses reasonably incurred by the member for the
purpose of attending a meeting of a committee.
