FAIR TRADING (CONSUMER AFFAIRS) ACT 1973 - SECT 12G

Access to things seized

A person who would, apart from the seizure, be entitled to a thing seized under this division may—

        (a)     inspect it; and

        (b)     if it is a document—take extracts from it or make copies of it.
