Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner must maintain in the form he or she considers appropriate registers of undertakings given under section 36.
(2) If a person executes a deed under section 36, the commissioner must—
(a) retain the deed and enter in a register of undertakings the prescribed particulars in relation to the deed; and
(b) give a copy of the deed to the person who executed it.
(3) A register of undertakings may,
at any reasonable time, be inspected by any person free of charge.
