FAIR TRADING ACT 1992 - SECT 12

    (1)         A person must not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.

    (2)         Sections 13 to 31 must not be taken as limiting by implication subsection (1).
