Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A question of law (including a question about whether a particular question is one of law) arising in a proceeding before the ACAT constituted in accordance with section 64 (Constitution of ACAT for certain proceedings) must be decided in accordance with the opinion of a presidential member of the ACAT for the proceeding.
(2) The ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008 , section 52 does not apply to this section to the extent of any inconsistency.
