Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsWhere, in accordance with a determination in force under section 80, an agency or Minister makes a decision that an applicant is liable to pay a charge (not being an application fee) in respect of a request for access to a document or in respect of the provision of access to a document, the agency or Minister shall notify the applicant, in writing, accordingly, and shall give to the applicant, together with that notification, a statement setting out the basis on which the amount of that charge is calculated.
