Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a request is made under section 14 (2) by a person to an agency or Minister for access to a document of the agency or an official document of the Minister, the person must be given access to the document under this Act.
Note A fee may be determined under s 80 (Determination of fees and charges) for this section.
(2) An agency or Minister is not required by this Act to give access to a document at a time when the document is an exempt document.
