"connected"—a thing is connected with an offence if—
(a) the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
(b) it will provide evidence of the commission of the offence; or
(c) it was used, is being used, or is intended to be used, to commit the offence.
"occupier", of premises, includes—
(a) a person believed, on reasonable grounds, to be an occupier of the premises; and
(b) a person apparently in charge of the premises.
Note The dictionary defines premises as including land and a vehicle.
"offence" includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for believing has been, is being, or will be committed.
"place of seizure"—see section 52 (6) (a) (Power to seize things).
