Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Sections 7 (Consultation on draft plan) and 8 (Consideration of suggestions etc and revision of draft plan) do not apply to an amendment of a management plan that only makes changes of a formal nature.
(2) If the conservator makes an amendment of a management plan that only makes changes of a formal nature, the conservator must prepare a written notice containing a brief description of the changes.
(3) The notice is a notifiable instrument.
Note A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
(4) The conservator must also publish the notice in a newspaper.
