Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a species of fish if a declaration under section 16 (Declaration of fish quantity) is in force in relation to the species.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person takes, in a day, more fish of the species than the quantity allowed under the declaration.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
(3) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
