FISHERIES ACT 2000 - SECT 77

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person possesses a fish; and

        (b)     the fish was—

              (i)     imported into the ACT in contravention of section 76; or

              (ii)     taken in contravention of a law of the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
