Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) To find out whether this Act is being complied with, a conservation officer may enter business premises of a fish dealer or the holder of a commercial fishing licence at any time the premises are being used.
(2) In this section:
"business premises" includes residential premises used for business purposes.
