Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If records are produced to a conservation officer by a person under section 48, the officer may take possession of the records.
(2) If the conservation officer takes possession of the records, the officer must—
(a) offer the person a receipt for the records; and
(b) allow a person who would be entitled to inspect the records if they were not in the possession of the officer, at any reasonable time, to inspect them.
