Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a person who is required under section 47 to keep a record is asked to produce the record by a conservation officer, the person must produce the record to the conservation officer.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
