Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of a commercial fishing licence under this Act or a corresponding law must not sell in a day more than the quantity of fish prescribed by regulation.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to any quantity of fish sold to a person who is registered or licensed as a fish dealer under this Act or a corresponding law.
(3) In this section:
"fish" does not include oysters.
