Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A licensee may surrender his or her licence by written notice to the conservator.

(2) The surrender of a licence takes effect from the day the notice of surrender is given to the conservator or, if the notice states a later date of effect, that date.
