Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The conservator may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the conservator additional stated information or documents that the conservator reasonably needs to decide the application.

(2) The conservator is not required to decide an application until the applicant complies with the requirement.
