FISHERIES ACT 2000 - SECT 21

Scientific licences

A scientific licence authorises the licensee to take fish for purposes stated in the licence that are—

        (a)     scientific purposes; or

        (b)     teaching purposes; or

        (c)     museum or aquarium purposes.
