FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 20

Approval of courses etc by registrar

    (1)     The registrar may approve the following for this Act:

        (a)     a firearms training course;

        (b)     a shooting competition;

        (c)     a paintball competition;

        (d)     an event involving firearms.

    (2)     An approval under this section is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
