ELECTRICITY SAFETY ACT 1971 - SECT 40

Contravention of requirement by planning and land authority

A person commits an offence if the person engages in conduct that contravenes a requirement made of the person under section 39.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
