Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The planning and land authority may publish a report about a serious electrical accident in the interest of public safety.
(2) A person is not personally liable for anything done, or omitted to be done, honestly and without recklessness—
(a) in the exercise of a function under this section; or
(b) in the reasonable belief that the act was in the exercise of a function under this section.
(3) Any liability that would, apart from this
section, attach to a person attaches instead to the Territory.
