ELECTRICITY SAFETY ACT 1971 - SECT 10

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare a specified law of a State or another Territory, being a law that contains provisions substantially similar to this part, to be a corresponding law for this part.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
