Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Within 10 working days after the day an accredited code of practice is notified under the Legislation Act, the Minister must publish notice of the accreditation in a daily newspaper.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must contain a statement to the effect that a copy of the accredited code of practice is available for public inspection in accordance with section 19.
