Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may, on payment of the reasonable copying costs, obtain a copy of a document specified in section 19 (1).
(2) If a person wishes to obtain a copy of a document specified in section 19 (1) that is not in the authority's possession, the authority must make arrangements for the person to obtain the copy.
