Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a person is required under this Act to provide information to the authority, the authority may require that the truth of the information be verified by statutory declaration.
(2) If the authority requires a person to verify information by statutory declaration, the person must not be taken to have provided the information as required unless it has been verified by statutory declaration.
