ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 1997 - SECT 136G
Acceptance of environmental undertaking(1) The authority may accept an environmental undertaking by written notice given to the person who gave the undertaking.
(2) On acceptance of the undertaking, the undertaking becomes an enforceable undertaking.
