EMERGENCIES ACT 2004 - SECT 93

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     has been given an improvement notice, occupancy notice or closure notice; and

        (b)     fails to display the notice in accordance with section 90.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
