Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The occupier of premises for which an improvement notice, occupancy notice or closure notice has been given must, while the notice is in force, display a copy of the notice at every entrance to the premises.
(2) The notice must be displayed in a way that it can be easily read by people outside the premises.
