Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An annual report of an agency must give an account of the operations of the agency in relation to the strategic bushfire management plan (including any bushfire operational plan approved under the plan) for each area of unleased territory land, or land occupied by the Territory, used by the agency or someone on behalf of the agency.
(2) The account must include the information the Minister directs in writing.
(3) The annual report of an agency for a financial
year in which a direction under section 81 (Directions by Minister to manager
of land) is given to the manager of the agency must include particulars of the
direction and the measures taken to give effect to it during that year.
