Definitions for pt 5.3

In this part:

"agency" means—

        (a)     an administrative unit; or

        (b)     a territory-owned corporation; or

        (c)     an entity prescribed by regulation for this definition.

"annual report", of an agency, means a report of the agency under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004 .
